Meditation is a part of realization, constant meditation unto self is the mean alone of attaining the Brahma.

Realization starts with questioning self or self query which makes one to reach in the orbit of truth, is not tough for any anyone but rarely few make it to reach at and Lord Saturn helps truly on the subject.

Omnipresent God is present all over as same as spirit in Body from nail to hair, but no one realize him until get trapped in pit of suffering then calls him for help.

Realization is the subject of Saturn alone, though all beings realize within the orbit but orbit realization for human is infinite. Only human can realize finite in infinite and infinite in finite and Saturn is true help on the subject.
